CNC controller:
- Uses a Taiwanese-brand industrial PC-base servo computer and a 15″ color industrial touch screen for automatic control, overload protection, suitable for use in various working conditions.
- Uses Windows XP (Windows 10) operating system and dialogue-style software, professional and easy to use, so users can learn to operate the system in a short time.
- Standard Chinese display, with the option to set two languages — Chinese and English — according to customer needs.
- Has an unlimited number of machining programs and bending programs, which can be stored on a USB drive.
- Storage time for machining and bending programs is unlimited; the program will not be lost due to power failure or long periods of non-use.
- The machining program is protected by lock/key functions to prevent it from being arbitrarily changed by other persons, which could cause deviations from the norm.
- Using the coordinate conversion function (XYZ→YBC), the unrolled length of the workpiece is automatically calculated and entered into the parameter table, which is convenient for the operator. It also has a 3D preview function that can be freely rotated, zoomed in or out.
- 3D pipe bending simulation software, with pre-grip points as a reference to avoid loss of pipe fittings (option).
- Has a program mirroring function, allowing quick retrieval of the machining program for the corresponding shape. It also has a reverse bending function for the head and tail of the pipe.
- When opening a file, the 3D pipe and corresponding mold data can be viewed. File classification and storage data can be found easily and quickly.
- In the bending program, the independent processing speed of each axis can be set from 0 to 99 at each processing stage. It has multiple speeds for adjustment and can implement simultaneous three-axis movement of Y, B and C, flexible pipe processing settings, and feed/return/angle functions can be set after entry and exit, so that parameter settings for a single-bend pipe workpiece will not be confused with or conflict with the data of a multi-bend pipe.
- If an error or failure occurs during automatic processing, the mechanical action can be stopped. After the error or failure is resolved, the machine can still allow the pipe processing already done to continue, appropriately preventing pipe loss.
- The control program has an automatic error detection function and text display of countermeasures. Machine fault or illogical operation information will be displayed directly on the screen. Combined with the explanation method, this can prevent machine damage due to human error. The above automatically detected abnormal information will be recorded and automatically saved for future use in maintenance.
- Automatic or manual mode adjustment function, setting different operating modes, such as no auxiliary feed, single cycle operation, and freely selectable manual or semi-automatic mode, fully automatic and slow flexible functions. Using flexible button switches, it has three functions: automatic start, emergency stop, and emergency stop to continue work, which is convenient for manual intervention when bending special workpieces and provides high safety performance.
- The Y-axis feed and push device is driven by a servo motor, which can determine the bend position of each bend and the position between angle and angle. It can push large-radius arcs and control feed and push, bending speed and positioning accuracy. At the same time, the feed servo is also equipped with front and rear switches to avoid damage caused by human carelessness or machine malfunction.
- The B-axis angular device is driven by a servo motor, which can determine the angle and position of each angle in different directions, and also control the angular speed and accuracy of the angle.
- The design of the head, bending arm and clamping mechanism is delicate and intelligent. At the same time, the bending tool can be easily and conveniently replaced, which is convenient for producing elastic materials and provides the largest three-dimensional space for pipe bending.
- The hydraulic main clamp and auxiliary clamp mechanism uses an oil cylinder and connecting rod mechanism to ensure mold clamping. At the same time, the clamp has a self-locking function.
- The C-axis bending is driven by a servo motor, and the corresponding bending speed can be set for different bending angles. This can effectively reduce cracks caused by poor pipe elongation during the bending process.
- The auxiliary push function of the guide mold is driven by hydraulic cylinders, which can more effectively ensure the elongation speed of the pipe fitting, resulting in a better pipe forming effect. If the length of the guide mold does not match the bending angle, the guide mold can be loosened automatically. Open and pull back, clamp again and continue bending to the required bending angle. The function of converting the guide mold shape multiple times can shorten the length of the guide mold, reduce the dead angle of processing, and protect the guide mold from obstruction. It also has an anti-obstruction function for the wheel mold and material support to ensure equipment operation safety.
- Rear guide mold anti-wrinkle function: it can effectively ensure that there are no wrinkles or unevenness on the inner side of the R bend of the pipe.
- Die-change function: the left-right offset of the machine head (X) is changed by a servo motor. The up-down movement of the machine head is carried out by a hydraulic cylinder, which has high stable-motion capability. (Or bent to the same (R) shape with a small clamping distance.)
- Hydraulic automatic mandrel extraction function with a pre-slow mandrel extraction function, which can more effectively guarantee the roundness of the bent pipe fitting.
- Pneumatic material-holding mechanism: the pneumatic material-holding mechanism can reduce the pressure on the machine’s structural parts when the material is clamped by a single head, and at the same time can keep the pipe and mold on the same horizontal line.
- The hydraulic system uses a centralized hydraulic valve control circuit. Hydraulic control is stable, which can extend the service life of the parts of each mechanical drive mechanism.
