Machine configuration
Aviation aluminum lattice frame
Manufactured to aviation industry standards and formed by press extrusion with a force of 4300 tons. After aging treatment, its strength can reach 6061 T6 – the strongest profile among all lattice frames. Aviation-grade aluminum has many advantages, such as good strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation properties, low density, and significantly increased processing speed.

Dual-side pneumatic chuck
It is 2-3 times faster than a traditional electric chuck and uses 2 rows of rollers for a wide clamping range and high cutting precision. The T160 can clamp metal pipes with a diameter of 10-160mm, and the T240 can clamp metal pipes with a diameter of 10-240mm.
One machine, two functions
The FT series combines a laser cutting machine for pipes and sheets, allowing you to cut both pipes and sheets, saving more than 50% of floor space and effectively increasing productivity.
